The engineering department at Roser Technologies Inc. has over 20 years of experience in steel mill equipment design and modification. New designs or modifications to existing equipment are available to create solutions to any casting problems. With over 14,000 drawings on file, the engineering staff has created new designs for mold coppers, load cells, thermocouples, taper settings, foot rolls, edge rolls, and more. Modifications to spindles, grease systems, water systems, and tight heads are also available to increase equipment life.

With an uncompromising commitment to quality, RTI boasts a full service chemistry laboratory for chemical analysis, deposit analysis, and non-destructive testing of material thickness and hardness.

This laboratory features state-of-the-art testing equipment including Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AA), Ultrasonic Flaw/Thickness Detection (UT), all of the supplies, reagents, and equipment necessary to meet the demands of a large scale electroplating operation.
